What we process
We process account identifiers, prompts, generated files, file-verification information, credit and order records, support messages, approval history, and basic security and technical logs. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by this application.
Sales tax records
For credit purchases, we collect your confirmed service-use address and whether you use the service personally or for business. We retain the address and transaction tax records for tax, payment and dispute reconciliation and share the required details with Stripe to calculate tax. These records are separate from generated designs.
Manufacturing and delivery
When you order a print, manufacturing and delivery service providers receive the model, specifications, order information, and delivery details needed to fulfill it. The full delivery address is obtained through the payment processor for order submission; application order records retain the destination country and postal code rather than the full street address. Do not submit sensitive data in a model or prompt.
Design storage and retention
Designs are private by default and are not published in a public gallery. Model files and generation-job information are scheduled for deletion after 30 days by default; file manifests and business records may be retained separately. Account holders may request deletion subject to fraud, tax, dispute, backup, safety, and legal retention requirements.
Reference pictures
You can choose a JPG or PNG and review it on your device before uploading. Uploading requires sign-in and confirmation that you have permission to use the picture and any likeness. We resize and re-encode reference images, remove embedded metadata, and store them privately for up to 30 days of access; expired images are queued for deletion. Pictures are not posted publicly, used for advertising, or used to train models. Do not upload confidential information or pictures you do not have permission to use. Removing a picture from your current idea does not delete a previously saved reference; contact us to request deletion.
AI-assisted design
When hosted design assistance is enabled, your design prompt, dimensions, constraints, and design-repair context are sent to OpenAI to help create the design. Payment records and delivery addresses are not included in that request. Anything you include in your prompt will be sent with it. Provider processing and retention policies apply; disabling response storage in our requests is not a promise of zero retention.
Service providers
AI design, hosting, payments, manufacturing, delivery, email, analytics, and social scheduling may be handled by service providers. Their policies also apply where they process data directly.
Security and choices
Access controls limit access to customer files, but no system is risk-free. This is a pre-launch privacy notice; additional service-specific privacy information will be provided before customer ordering opens.
